• Meeting recordings, transcripts, and notes you create through the Service.
• Support requests and feedback you submit to us.

b) Automatically Collected Information

• Device information (device model, operating system, unique device identifiers).
• Usage data such as features accessed, time and duration of sessions, and interaction patterns.
• Network information including IP address and connection type.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Process and store your meeting recordings and transcriptions.
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account.
• Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support matters.
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance performance and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

To transcribe and summarise your meetings, we send your meeting audio recordings and their transcripts to Groq, Inc., a third-party AI service provider, over an encrypted connection.

• What we share: your meeting audio and transcript text.
• Why: to generate transcripts, summaries, action items, and chat responses.
• Consent: we ask for your explicit permission inside the app before any recording is sent for AI processing. You can decline, in which case the recording is not uploaded.
• Protection: Groq processes this data solely to provide the transcription and summarisation service and does not use your content to train its models. We only work with providers that offer data protection equivalent to our own.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We implement access controls, regular security assessments, and monitoring to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• With trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to you.
• With your explicit consent.
