Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the OranjeScribe applications, website, browser extension, and related services (the "Service") operated by Mindedge Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of all content you upload, record, or create through the Service, including meeting recordings, transcripts, and notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to the Service without your consent.

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed ₹8,000.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. limitation of liability, indemnification) shall remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
